Subjects

Science - Science Fair Projects due March12! This grade is worth 200 points and must be done at home. Talk to your teacher for ideas! District Science Fair Judging March 20.

Math -Students will be taking TAKS Math test April 27, 2004.

 Students need to memorize the multiplication facts up to 12 by the end of April. Regrouping and addition are also covered throughout the year!  

Reading/Language Arts -  Students will be taking the TAKS reading test on March 3, 2004.

TAKS Re-test will be given April 28, 2004. 

All third graders need to be reading a minimum of 30 minutes each night. Don't forget to complete your reading log. 

Social Studies - We are studying geography, explorers, habitats, landforms and natural resources. We will be visiting the Omni in Fort Worth to study the Lewis and Clark expedition.
